Megan Flynn

Megan Flynn first joined EEA in 1989 as a temporary Receptionist but soon found herself hired as an employee and supporting the company in several roles, including Office Manager, Assistant Accountant, and Controller.

In the mid-90s, she left EEA to open, run, and perform at the ComedySportz Playhouse — an improv comedy club in Northcross Mall — where she also taught Comedy Defensive Driving. When the club closed, Megan looked around and saw a need for nurses in the Austin area, so she enrolled in Austin Community College’s nursing program and, at the same time, returned to EEA as a part-time employee. Upon graduating with her Associate’s in Nursing, Megan worked as an Registered Nurse. She worked on a hospital telemetry floor, with a local general surgeon’s group, and as a pre-op nurse. During this time, Megan continued to perform on stage. She decided to join Girls Girls Girls Improvised Musicals, an improv troupe that creates Broadway-style musicals on the spot.

A few years later, Megan reconnected with Mike Hart at an EEA client party. Shortly after that party, Mike invited Megan to return to EEA as his Executive Assistant. Megan couldn’t believe her good fortune: returning to EEA, an Employee-Owned company! A few years (and roles) later, Megan now serves as EEA’s Director of Administration, overseeing EEA’s HR, Accounting, and Administrative departments.

Megan loves her creatively talented son Mose, camping with her extended family, and continuing to perform with GGG Improv.

EEA has completed projects worldwide and is licensed in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. What else sets us apart?
