Easton Park – Skyline Park

EEA provided MEP engineering services for the development of a 26-acre signature park Brookfield Residential in Austin, Texas. The park contains the following areas/features: Pavilion Building, Event Lawn, Children’s play area/playgrounds, Splash Pad, Mount Bonnell Overlook, Volleyball Courts, and Parking Lot.
EEA provided additional design and construction phase services including lighting and controls for the Skyline point and Volleyball Court. EEA also provided Main entrance landscape and signage improvements for the entry into the Easton Park development from US Highway 183 and East William Cannon Drive.  Project consists of illuminated signage and 40 foot tower feature.  Tower is internally illuminated with color changing LED fixtures.
