LN2 Distribution

This project involved the installation of a bulk Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) tank at an existing laboratory building, and associated distribution piping and controls.  EEA specified and designed the LN2 piping system utilizing vacuum jacketed piping, and specified associated components including cryogenic service valves, pressure relief devices, vent heaters, keep cold devices, and cryogenic service flexible hose for tool connections.  The design included an oxygen depletion monitoring system with remote automatic shutdown and remote manual shutdown thru a custom design control panel.
