Medical Clinics and Office Buildings

EEA has worked on over 30 different Oak Street Health locations throughout the Southwestern US. These projects include renovations to nurses’ station, doctors’ offices, exam rooms, pharmacy and lab spaces as well as lobby, waiting rooms, and restrooms.
Federal Healthcare
Federal healthcare plays a crucial role in not only supporting our nation’s Veterans, but is also vital for active-duty military personnel, ensuring they receive quality medical services and support throughout their lives.
EEA has Federal Healthcare experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Veterans Affairs. When it comes to these types of projects, EEA is well versed in UFC 4-510-01 for Military Medical Facilities, as well as the PG-18-10 Design Manuals for VA projects. Senior Living

ANV Engineering
EEA’s ANV team has completed multiple projects providing acoustics, noise, and vibration engineering services to healthcare facilities including tenant spaces, MRI installations, intensive care units, helipads, and more.

Texas Children’s Hospital, North Austin Campus, Austin, TX: Inpatient hospital and Outpatient clinic freestanding shell and tenant improvements on greenfield campus development and design for freestanding, 52-bed, 365-ksf children and women’s hospital, including neonatal and pediatric intensive care (NICU / PICU), operating rooms, epilepsy unit, sleep center, emergency, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum care, acute / urgent care, and diagnostic imaging, plus adjacent 170-ksf outpatient building.
Desmond T. Doss Behavioral Health and Dental Clinic – Schofield Barracks, Oahu, HI: 73-ksf three-story clinic addition for U.S. Army with dental exam and treatment, behavioral therapy, exam, exercise, management offices, and quiet roof garden.
Touchmark Emerald Lake Continuing Care Retirement Community, McKinney, TX: Phase 1 acoustics and noise control for 100 Independent Living (IL) Apartments, 50 Assisted Living (AL) Units, 32 Memory Care (MC) Units, plus marketing offices, theater, dining, bar, fitness and spa.
James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital New Bed Tower, Tampa, FL: 2-phase design/build for 5-story hospital expansion with new central plant, cafeteria, patient care, offices and
interstitial mechanical equipment floor.
Central Health Headquarters & Multipurpose Care Site Center, Austin, TX: 250-ksf 3-story renovation and expansion of former retail store to consolidate Central Health Enterprise administrative functions, other support functions, and ambulatory clinical services, including certain clinical specialty services.
