Mark Mikulin serves EEA as a principal overseeing the central plants and higher education markets.
Coming to EEA in 2006, Mark is experienced in HVAC system design with a focus on retrofit applications and campus distributed heating and cooling systems.
Some of his clients include Sam Houston State University, Sul Ross University, Tarleton State University, Texas State University, Texas Woman’s University, UT Southwestern, The University of Texas at Dallas, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University in 2005. He’s a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and is a former Austin ASHRAE chapter president and promotion chair. Mark has also presented at several regional conferences on the topic of utility master planning and campus utility system design.
