Oskar Blues Brewery

The new construction brewery project included manufacturing space, grain mill room, mechanical spaces, office spaces, a 6,000 sq. ft. cold room and a 5,000 sq. ft. tasting room. EEA was responsible for building MEP systems including HVAC, electrical power distribution, lighting design, chilled water, steam & condensate. A later EEA project for Oskar Blues Brewery also included the installation of a centrifuge, which was completed in 2018.
