EEA provided MEP services for this multi-phase project to add 44,000 square feet to an existing high school facility. The first phase of the project included construction of a new administration wing to house admin offices, lobby area, security vestibule, ISS classroom, nurse area, and records storage. The second phase included a 9,000 square foot cafeteria commons area and new full kitchen with four serving lines. The kitchen included staff offices, walk-in cooler and freezer, bulk dry storage, and support spaces. The mechanical system for the expansion consisted of large variable volume rooftop units, a new modular condensing boiler, kitchen exhaust and makeup, and high volume low speed fans in the common areas. Phase 2 of this project is currently under construction.
