Texas A&M Satellite Utility Plant #3

10,000 SF expansion to the existing SUP3 facility on campus. The expansion space was designed to provide 6,000 tons of additional chilled water capacity for the campus. It included the addition of two water-cooled chillers, two field erected cooling towers, condenser water pumps, and chilled water pumps. Medium-voltage electrical room and plant PLC controls were included. EEA also provided commissioning services on the project. EEA was the Prime Consultant for this TAMU System project.
