EEA performed LEED Enhanced commissioning and AEGB Additional commissioning services for a new approximately 260,000 square foot fully finished out commercial office space in Austin, Texas. Commissioning took place throughout the project’s early design phases, as well as throughout construction, acceptance and warranty. The systems commissioned included heat exchangers tied into the City of Austin district cooling plant, chilled water pumps, air handling units, energy recovery ventilators, VAV terminal units, fan coils units, fans and garage exhaust/supply fans, domestic hot water and lighting controls.
