TWU Science and Technology Learning Center Commissioning

This new campus building will provide space for classrooms and research laboratories serving biochemistry, biology, chemistry, psychology, and nutrition departments. The building will also house office areas, conference room, support spaces, and a vivarium space. EEA’s scope is to provide commissioning for the buildings mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The systems are to be tested to meet the Fundamental Commissioning requirements for the LEED for New Construction rating system. Construction and warranty phase services are to be provided, including functional testing of the buildings AHUs, exhaust energy recovery coils, VAV supply air system, lab exhaust and pressurization systems, hydronic systems, domestic water system, reverse osmosis system, and lighting controls.
