Sean Ross is responsible for overseeing EEA’s light commercial, retail, and restaurant markets.
Sean has 25+ years’ experience in the MEP industry and in the over twelve years with EEA has managed retail retrofit and new construction projects, while also working on the electrical power and lighting design, including NEC load calculations, energy calculations, and lighting controls. Sean has worked on commercial projects for the likes of Smile Direct Club, and Integra Life Sciences. He has also designed/managed, mid-rise buildings, multi-tenant shopping centers, medical office buildings, veterinary clinics, and apartment buildings and condominiums.
Sean brings a unique perspective to the MEP design and management process with a special emphasis on customer service. As an Air Force veteran, Sean has a lifelong commitment to service and this is expressed in his work as well as his personal life. In his free time, he is the Chairman of a Local 501.c.3 nonprofit helping those less fortunate. He also enjoys spending time with family, riding motorcycles and taking his antique automobile to local events.
