The building features approximately 475 residential units, with a rooftop activity deck on the 6th floor, a top-level pool, grills, and landscaped areas. Amenity spaces are strategically distributed across all levels, including dedicated retail and tenant spaces on the first floor.
EEA’s services included the targeted replacement of existing sanitary piping within 18 restrooms on the second floor of the residence hall, addressing multiple piping failures that had plagued the building for several years.
