EEA provided MEP engineering services on Central New Mexico Community College’s Ken Chappy Hall renovation project, which converted campus offices into a new home for the Art Department. The project included new, state-of-the-art studio spaces, including a drawing room, jewelry making studio, ceramics and pottery studio, and more. This project received the Honor Award for Adaptive Reuse from AIA – Albuquerque, and the building opened for occupation in January 2022.
