EEA’s services included the targeted replacement of existing sanitary piping within 18 restrooms on the second floor of the residence hall, addressing multiple piping failures that had plagued the building for several years. The replacement of the piping necessitated the careful removal and subsequent restoration of the first-floor restroom ceilings to ensure a seamless integration with the existing structures. Additionally, our architectural subconsultant took on the task of revitalizing various parts of the building by performing surface refinishes, including a refreshed look for the main entrance lobby. This comprehensive approach not only addresses the immediate infrastructure issues but also enhances the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the residence hall.
