EEA Purchases Albuquerque Business

Two Engineering Firms Have Joined Forces

Albuquerque-based Vertterre Corporation’s practice and personnel have been recently purchased by EEA Consulting Engineers, an Austin-based firm that has worked closely with federal government agencies in Albuquerque since 2005 and has provided services to both public and private sector clients across the nation since 1977.

EEA Founder and President Mike Hart said, “We are excited to have Pat McMahon and his talented team join our efforts in Albuquerque to serve New Mexico clients with solution-driven, customer-focused MEP engineering. They are a great fit for our EEA family.”

Vertterre’s seven personnel will join the six EEA Albuquerque-based staff to be a driving force in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering as well as in hydronic master planning, BIM modeling, process utility engineering, commissioning, and energy conservation.

Vertterre’s Managing Director Pat McMahon said, “We are committed to long-term relationships with both our existing clients and prospective ones, and we will continue to be attentive to our client’s needs.”
