Intelligentsia Coffee Shop
EEA performed MEP design services throughout the service and kitchen areas while utilizing the existing utilities for this tenant finish out project. It pays homage to Austin by staying local in sourcing of design materials while also only using materials found within 25 miles of Austin throughout the space.
sweetgreen
Over the last decade, sweetgreen has become a health food hotspot with various locations all across the U.S. In every storefront, their mission is to preserve and honor the natural structure of a building and actively seek distinctive spaces with an interesting history.
With over 20 projects and counting, EEA has provided MEP design that has consisted of customized HVAC systems based on those distinctive spaces.
Fierce Whiskers Distillery
EEA provided MEP engineering on the design and construction of a new, 12,000 square-foot distillery in southeast Austin, Texas. The building included a 7,500 square-foot bourbon distillery and tasting room, as well as a 5,000 square-foot multi-story Rickhouse storage building.
