Pandemic Influenza Facility and Live Virus Vaccine Facility
EEA provided the MEP and Clean Utilities Design for these two projects, including clean spaces, as clean as, ISO-7/Class 10,000 for manufacturing vaccines, combined clean and biological containment laboratory and manufacturing spaces, QC laboratories, and general office spaces. Read more here.

EEA provided MEP services for 22K SF of the first generation of new lab space and 9K SF of office and conference space. The completed project included a new MAU, mechanical yard, and rooftop exhaust systems to provide 100% outside air to all new lab spaces. Read more here.
